My mother and I started making hand-made pasta back in the day, in our first restaurant, Sandonato’s, and still to this day, it’s what makes us different, what makes us authentic, you can’t beat home-made pasta.

Half moon shaped pasta stuffed with sautéed prawns, in a creamy garlic white wine & scampi sauce with a dash of Napoli.
